He is Nasser Bin Saeed Bin Suwayd Bin Ghadir Al Mansouri, born in approximately 1941. He is a member of the National Consultative Council by the Law of 1971 and the mentor of Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan from the people of Al Dhafra.
